Summerville Police Department announced three promotions within its ranks.
H. Robinson was promoted to captain after 26 years with the department. He will oversee the detective and crime scene division.
J. Honan was promoted to lieutenant and will take command of Patrol Team 4.
R. Lobo was promoted to sergeant. He will lead Patrol Team 5.
