2. My address is in Summerville. Why is the system saying I'm a non-residents?

Residency is determined based off of annexation into the town of Summerville, meaning you pay your taxes to the Town of Summerville. It is possible to have a Summerville address and not live in Summerville municipal limits. In this case, you are considered a non-resident. 3. What do I need to register?

In order to register for any sports program you will need to provide the following documentation:

• Health Insurance Card
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency (If town resident)

4. What equipment do I need to provide?

Required equipment varies by sport.

Baseball, T-Ball & Coach Pitch

• Gray pants with no pockets
• Glove
• Batting helmet with mask (only for baseball and coach pitch)

Basketball

• Athletic shorts with NO pockets

Flag football

• Athletic shorts with NO pockets
• Mouth guard

Soccer

• Athletic shorts with NO pockets
• Shin Guards
• Appropriate size soccer ball
• No metal cleats allowed!

5. What equipment is provided?

All teams will be furnished with balls, cones, and other necessary equipment.
