About Captain Kelly
John M. Kelly has been with Summerville Fire Department for two years. He began Fire Service career at St. John’s Fire Department, John’s Island South Carolina, September 1984. John graduated from North Charleston High School and then attended Baptist College at Charleston. He has been a Resident State Fire Marshal since 2001.
